PR & Events Manager - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• To manage and prioritize numerous projects simultaneously with exceptional project management skills, highly organized and manage own workload and task list

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing/Communications/Journalism/Media/Advertising or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) experience in PR/Journalism marketing in fashion/retail industry essential either in-house or agency
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint), as well as Photoshop or Indesign is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English is crucial for this role  / strong writing skills
• A real ‘people person’ with strong customer service orientation with a high sense of urgency and commitment to deliverables
• Internet savvy and keeps informed of pop culture and the latest trends
• Position will be based in Jakarta, with frequent travel to our Bali head office for meetings and planning.
• Position will work across all brands under Aqueo banner.

• Manage staffing for all stores, including recruitment and performance management
• Suggest sales promotion for key selling periods to planning and management
• Look and feel of stores – ensure consistency with brand across all stores
• Ensure all imagery is in line with marketing requirements and is accurate
• Develop and maintain retail SOP manual
• Oversee the opening and start up operations of new stores

Requirements:

• Experience in retail minimum 5 year
• Minimum Bachelor degree
