Officer Development Program (Code :ODP)

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) with GPA 3.00 scale 4.00 
2. Preferably from the faculty of Engineering, Economics, Computer Science / Information Technology, MIPA, Law & Psychology 
3. TOEFL 500 and TPA 550
4. Willing to be stationed in all working area of Bank BTN (throughout Indonesia) 

Supporting Staff Grade 11 (Code: SS-BSS) 

Requirements

• S1/D3 (Preferably D3) with GPA 3.00 scale 4.00 
• All majors
• Willing to be stationed in Eastern part of Indonesia

Supporting Staff Grade 9 (Code : SS-ADS)

Requirements

1. Minimum D3 all majors with GPA 2.75 scale 4.00
2. Willing to be stationed in Eastern part of Indonesia

General Requirements

1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI), preferably Male
2. Not married
3. Maximum age 26 years old for ODP and 24 years old for other positions (as of 31 March 2014)
4. Not have family relationship (father / mother / brother / sister / children) with employees BTN 
5. Minimum height 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female)
6. Weight proportional 
7. Already holding a academic certificate (Not receiving SKL)
