Blending Coordinator

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Engineering
• Minimum working experience of 3 years, minimum 1 year in Production Supervisor position
• Good Leadership skill and able to manage staff, contractor and contract workers
• Applicants must be willing to work in Merak.
• Familiar with Safety in Laboratory
• Good in English communication

Graduate Traineeship Program

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh Graduate or less than 1 year of work experience
• Active in campus or outside of campus organization taking leadership role
• Strong desire to begin your career in Sales & Marketing in the lubricant industry
• Strong ambition and high drive for result, also having a winning attitude
• High passion in performing and learning
• Strong analytical skill with problem solving mind thinking process
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent English, both oral and written

Sales Traineeship Program

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with minimum GPA of 2.75
• Less than 3 years of working experience

Production Manager

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing industry both Production and Maintenance in managerial level, preferable in FMCG industry
• Strong in safety knowledge, safety leadership, safety culture and process safety.
• Good Leadership skill and able to manage staff, contractor and contract workers.
• Familiar with ISO system or GMP
• Understand the six sigma concept on the manufacturing industry
• Understand the OEE & TPM concept and able to implement in the plant
• Good in English communication both spoken and written
• Good skill in operating Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point)
• Willing to work in Merak.

Plant Graduate Traineeship Program

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in merak Plant.
• Fresh Graduate or Less than 1 year work experience.
• Active in campus or outside of campus organization taking leadership role
• Strong desire to begin your career in manufacturing and Customer Fulfillment department.
• Strong ambition and high drive for result , also having a winning attitude.
• High passion in performing and learning.
• Strong analytical skill with problem solving mind thinking process.
