Requirements

• D3/S1 from all majors (preferably from Economics)
• Have relevant experience at least 6 years (S1) or 8 years (D3)
• Experienced in financial management and management of savings and loan
• Preferable have background in rural economic empowerment, strengthening and development of micro-lending networks
• Understand how to facilitate business development, financial administration (balance sheet, profit / loss), statement of financial health and lending
• Understand the principles and procedures for managing microfinance institutions/savings and loan/BPR and related institutions
• Maximum age 60 years old

Fasilitator Kecamatan Pemberdayaan (FK)

Requirements

• D3/S1 from all education majors
• Have relevant experience at least 3 years (S1) or 5 years (D3) 

Fasilitator Kecamatan Teknik (FT)

Requirements

• Min S1 Civil Engineering (Fresh graduate) or D3 Civil Engineering with 3 years relevant experience in program / &project development in the planning & implementation of infrastructure (buildings, bridges, roads, SAB)

General Requirements

1. Have a good knowledge of local culture and customs and able to speak local language at placement area
2. Willing to be stationed in West Java area
3. Have a personal vehicle and SIM C
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet
5. Maximum age 45 years old
